Andrew is the Milbank Group Commercial Director and brings a wealth of experience in Sales & Marketing, as well as a proven track record in team building and process improvement. When out of the office, you’ll probably find Andy with a glass of bubbles in Tenerife, either paragliding along the coastline or enjoying a long coastal walk, good food, and time with family and friends.
Ashley leads the Group’s marketing function across our portfolio of businesses; supporting the marketing team, aligning activity with commercial objectives, and driving strategy from planning through to execution. When not at work, you’ll most likely find Ashley in the gym, or researching his next favourite restaurant!
Chris ensures uptime and performance across our businesses diverse network, cloud, and endpoints, driving automation, support, and smooth onboarding/offboarding. Outside of work, Chris is an avid fisherman and enjoys mountain biking, and surfing.
Ed turns data into insight, building reports and dashboards, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and highlighting risks and opportunities to improve performance. When not at work Ed enjoys cooking, spending quality time with family & friends and travelling.
Jon leads the Group’s technology function, supported by the IT Systems Administrator, and is responsible for shaping the IT roadmap, managing budgets and suppliers, overseeing cyber security, and championing responsible AI adoption to boost productivity and service. When he’s not working, Jon enjoys heading somewhere hot enough to melt flip-flops. He’s got a serious thing for sunshine, swimming, and finding the perfect spot to do absolutely nothing, ideally near a beach with a cold drink and zero Wi-Fi signal. If it involves warm weather, clear water, and no inbox, he’s all in!
Lyndsie is the Group Finance Director, responsible for Finance, IT and HR. She takes a collaborative, values-driven approach, drawing on extensive experience from large corporate groups and qualifications in both accountancy and tax. When she’s not being entirely sensible with spreadsheets, she’s usually deciding whether to go to the gym or in the garage hunting for her elusive 10mm socket – occasionally both!
Mark leads people operations across the Group, aligning workforce planning with business goals, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring policies, compliance, and HRIS run smoothly. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Mark tending to the vegetables at his allotment, or on a long river walk in the countryside with his wife.
Matt leads all things sustainability across our businesses – from cutting carbon to advising on sustainable product design and sourcing. He works with our senior leaders, their teams and partners to help us do better for people and the planet, with the ultimate goal of embedding sustainable principles in all that we do. Other than that, you can usually find him out running, exploring nature, working on a renovation, or making music.
Matthew is the Milbank Group CEO and looks after strategy, sustainable growth, and group company performance & culture. Outside of work, Matthew is a keen sportsman currently focussed on running and tennis. He also enjoys spending time in his garden with his family growing his own fruit and vegetables.
Max is in charge of ensuring our businesses maintain a safe and comfortable place to work, from project and facilities management to support on environmental improvements. He is also the lead on our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant and Employer Recognition Scheme. When not working, Max is a keen golfer and enjoys hill walking and gardening.
Sarah leads our day-to-day finance operations, owning month-end, reporting, and controls while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash management across the Group. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends. When not being ‘Mum’s taxi’, you might find her shopping, baking or trying to decide where to go next on holiday!
Sean is Chairman of the Milbank Group and responsible for overseeing strategy and development. Outside of work, Sean is a keen explorer and adventurer, previously summiting the Matterhorn. No mean feat!
Stacie supports group marketing, providing a wide range of services to our businesses from strategic planning through to hands-on delivery of campaigns, graphic design, PR, and content. Originally from Utah, USA, Stacie has made the UK her home. She and her partner have two young children and a Spanish rescue dog named Sanchez, who joins them on their countryside adventures. When she’s not busy with family life, she’s chasing down theatre tickets, weekend adventures, and her next favourite indie shop.
Steve is responsible for developing and supporting the implementation of Health & Safety systems and processes across the Group businesses and assisting sustainability teams with their ESG projects. Outside of work Steve is an avid gardener & motorcyclist, and loves holidaying by the coast with sun, sea, sand and a spot of fishing.
