Matt has worked for Cadman Cranes for over 10 years coming from a background in Civil Engineering and Project Management. He became Managing Director in 2018 following executive development and coaching.
Claire-Marie joined Nicola Jane in 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in product management, operations, and sales. In 2024, became joint Managing Director of Browns.
Having joined Nicola Jane 20 years ago, Melissa’s focus and skills lie in marketing and customer experience, as well as jointly running Browns and Nicola Jane as Managing Director.
James joined the business in 2019 following experience with Tarmac, a leading British building materials company, and previously as an officer in the army.
David joined Xanthos as Managing Director in 2021 and has over 20 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Commercial Management.
Tim has 20+ years’ experience in agricultural products sales and leads the operations at Silostop Agri and Intershape.
Julie joined Superfine in 1989 and over the past 35 years has been instrumental in the company’s growth, contributing to its evolution.
