Milbank Group Attends Trooping the Colour in Honour of Our Armed Forces Community June 30, 2025

On Saturday 14th June, Milbank Group proudly attended His Majesty The King’s Birthday Parade – Trooping the Colour – represented by our Group HR Manager, Mark Pym, and his wife, Katie.

The Group was honoured to receive this prestigious invitation from the East Anglia Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (EARFCA), acting on behalf of the Ministry of Defence.

As a Gold Award holder of the Armed Forces Covenant and an advocate for the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), Milbank Group is deeply committed to supporting both former service personnel and the next generation of our Armed Forces. Events like this serve as a timely reminder of the vital role employers play in honouring and supporting our military community.

Mark described the pageantry, the atmosphere, and the minute of silence as deeply moving – a moment of reflection and pride that he and Katie will treasure for years to come. The day concluded with a reception at the Royal Overseas League Club on Pall Mall, bringing together like-minded employers who, like Milbank, have pledged enduring support to service leavers, reservists, and cadets.

We extend our thanks to EARFCA for the invitation and their continued efforts in building meaningful relationships between defence and employers. The experience served as a powerful reminder of the importance of recognising and supporting the Armed Forces community, values that remain at the heart of Milbank Group’s culture and commitment to those who serve, past and present.
