Milbank Group is pleased to announce that it has appointed Andrew Kime as Group Commercial Director, strengthening the senior leadership team.

In this role, Andrew will lead the group’s commercial strategy and work closely with both the group investment team and senior management teams within each business. His focus will be to align commercial activity across the portfolio, identify new markets and partnerships, and support key relationships at major projects within the UK construction industry. He will also help shape long-term growth through support with targeted investment and acquisitions, ensuring the companies are connected, commercially disciplined, and ready to scale.

Andrew brings more than 30 years of board-level experience, including his time leading ADK Consulting where he advised organisations through growth, transition, and sale. Having built and exited a business himself, he understands the realities faced by owners and management teams, from day-to-day operations to structuring for investment or succession. He has a strong track record of improving sales effectiveness, strengthening commercial governance, and creating the clarity and structure that enable sustainable, profitable growth.

Importantly, Andrew will play a hands-on role in onboarding newly acquired businesses and supporting the group Marketing team to create synergy across the portfolio and accelerate value creation.
