This week, we’re celebrating a fantastic milestone and extending our heartfelt congratulations to Sarah Pearce, our Group Financial Controller, for reaching an incredible 10 years of service with Milbank Group.

Joining Milbank Concrete Products in June 2015 (before the group even existed!), Sarah has played an integral role in overseeing our group finances, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial processes across all our companies. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and deep understanding of the business have made her a vital part of the group team.

Over the past decade, Sarah has supported the group through significant periods of growth and transformation, helping to maintain strong financial foundations while guiding us through evolving challenges and opportunities.

Sarah said, “When I first started at Milbank Concrete Products, I don’t think I could have envisaged the changes and progress we would make to get us to where we are today. It has been incredibly interesting, challenging and rewarding, and I have really enjoyed being a part of the Milbank evolution. No two years have been the same, which has kept me on my toes. I feel proud to have played a part in the Group’s achievements to date and look forward to our future adventures together.”

Sarah, your commitment, loyalty and occasional sharing of cakes are greatly appreciated by everyone across the group, thank you for all your contributions over the past 10 years. Here’s to the next chapter and many more milestones to come!
